When we visited rosarito, we decided to buy a house. We did not know if it was possible because we are foreigners and we did not know anybody. I engaged Angie for one of her listed properties and she was extremely helpful. As an American I am used to real estate agents being very responsive and was a bit surprised that most other agents whom I tried to contact didn't meet this standard. I'm sure that this must be a bit of a cultural difference. Angie wasn't just responsive, but she patiently answered all my questions regarding moving to Mexico. She seems to know most everyone and this can be invaluable. Moving to another country can be filled with anxiety. I would strongly recommend working with someone who has a great deal of knowledge and is willing to impart it.

I can’t say enough good things about Baja Rosarito Realty. Dave and Angie are amazing. They both went above and beyond what Lety and I expected. Angie is well connected with the real estate community and Dave is a financial guru. As a team they walked us through all requirements for purchasing a property in Mexico. They set up contacts, meetings, made appointments for document signatures, bank accounts, and Mexican identification requirements. They even took us to appointments and explained the way things work and need to be done in Mexico. Many of these things are not the responsibility of a real estate agent and had we tried to do it ourselves, I am sure it would have been a disaster. It probably would have discouraged us from buying property in Mexico. BUT, Angie and Dave were with us every step of the way and we now have a beautiful beach front condo in Rosarito. If I could give them the highest rating plus 2, I would!
